The workshops on SiC/SiC Composites are meant to increase collaboration between the international community working on the subject. Previous editions of the IEA SiC/SiC workshop for Fusion showed that this is an excellent environment to raise discussions appearing from the iterative process of development, testing and design, with the outlook to the long-term future of Fusion Power and Generation IV Fission Reactors.
